Data Collection Instrument For School Feeding. The System Assessment and Benchmarking for Education Results (SABER) for School Feeding is part of a larger exercise by the World Bank, which aims to benchmark all of the education sub-systems.  Geared towards improving the advice and operational support offered by the World Bank to its partner countries, SABER seeks to provide standards of good practice against which countries can rate themselves.
