Presentation given at the Global Child Nutrition Forum 2012, on day 1, providing the African Union perspective on school feeding through the New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD), and the Comprehensive Africa Agriculture Development Programme (CAADP). Specifically this looked at the pillars and frameworks of these two institutions which aim to reduce malnutrition and home grown school feeding in sub-Saharan Africa, to aid rural development though accelerated implementation and results of HGSF.
